Pilot Deployment

Eight to twelve weeks. We deploy Sahem ReserveOS configured to one reserve, division, or operational layer. A working system inside your institution at the end of the engagement.

A proof-of-system inside your operation, not a prototype on a slide.

A Pilot Deployment is the first time your agency runs on a Sahem system. We scope it deliberately small — one reserve, one division, one operational layer — so it ships, lands, and earns the second engagement.

We deploy ReserveOS configured to your agency's reality. We install it on your field staff's phones, train rangers and supervisors, build the dashboards your leadership actually needs, and stand the system up inside your institution. Throughout the engagement we work alongside your team, transferring operational knowledge so the platform is run by your people, not by us.

At the end of the pilot you have a live system in production — not a demo, not a sandbox — and a clear path to multi-site rollout if it earns one.

  • Sahem ReserveOS configured for one operational scope

  • Field app, central database, leadership dashboards

  • On-the-ground training for rangers, supervisors, IT

  • Working system in production at engagement end

  • Eight to twelve weeks end-to-end

  • Pricing subject to scope and scale of the engagement

A pilot is not a prototype. We never ship something that does not actually run. By the end of the engagement, your rangers are logging incidents on phones and your leadership is looking at the same data — in real time — for the first time.
